黒豆味噌の仕込み

研ぎ澄まされた寒さならではの、耕しやの冬の風物詩。黒豆味噌の仕込みが本格的になりました。
今年もたくさん仕込むぞと言いたいところですが、昨年の異常気象のため豆が少なく、仕込める量も少なくなりそうです。残念。
